Microwave: 1. Pierce bag with fork and place on microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. For softer texture, add up to 1 minute. 3. Let stand 1 minute before removing from microwave. 4. Open bag and empty contents into serving dish. Caution: Contents and bag will be hot! Note: due to differences in microwaves, heating times may vary.
Roast: Place desired amount of vegetables on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes. Roast at 450 degrees F 10 to 15 minutes. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
