Product Instructions
Microwave: 1. Place desired amount of vegetables in a microwave-safe dish with 1 inch of water; cover with plastic wrap. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute. 4. Remove plastic wrap, being careful of steam. Caution - Contents are hot! Note: Due to differences in microwaves, heating times may vary. For softer texture, add an additional 30 seconds.
Saute: Remove beans from bag. Saute 6 to 7 minutes in 1 Tbsp heated butter or oil.
Stovetop: Remove beans from bag. Bring 3 to 4 cups of water to rolling boil; add beans and bring water back to boiling. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
