Microwave: 1. Open bag and place desired amount of broccoli florets and 1/4 cup water in microwave-safe bowl; loosely cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables have reached minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F and desired tenderness. 3. Drain and serve. Caution: Contents and dish will be hot! Note: Due to differences in microwaves, heating times may vary.
Roast: Place desired amount of broccoli florets on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
